I made this from a pattern that was suggested by my quilt guild. It went together so fast because of the large pieces. It's 60x78 I changed thread colors with each area.
I used a lot of rulers- my favorite way of quilting:
8-pointed star in center of blocks
This fabric was also used for the binding.
X's in the white sashing and red/blue rail sections
curves in the corner half-square triangle sections
the backing is a mix of 2 fabrics:
